A Spain-based seller operating on several EU marketplaces has revenue scattered across dashboards that do not talk to each other, fees that change by country and by programme, and a VAT regime that demands a destination-country breakdown of every sale.
The result is familiar: every closing, someone — the seller or their advisory — rebuilds by hand, from a CSV with tens of thousands of rows, a summary software should produce in seconds. And the question that actually matters, what is left after fees, costs and VAT, ends up answered by eye.
Qualiax exists to answer that question with traceable numbers: every total unfolds down to the rows that make it up.
Four rules we do not negotiate.
We never balance by lying
If a transaction does not fit any block, it shows up flagged as unclassified. It is never silently dropped to make the total look round. A summary that balances by hiding rows is useless for filing anything.
The actual figure rules, not the expected one
The VAT rate applied is the one the transaction carries, not the destination country’s standard rate. A supplement sold in Luxembourg carries its 3 %, and deriving it from the country would give a 17 % that appears on no invoice.
Your data never leaves your computer
The free tools process your file entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, nothing passes through any server of ours. It is an architecture decision, not a privacy-policy promise.
With human review behind it
The software prepares the work; a real Spanish tax advisory reviews it. Multi-country VAT has cases no classifier resolves alone, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
